Summit Park and the adjacent planned mixed-use development, the Neighborhoods at Summit Park, have created quite a buzz in economic development and real estate circles in the Greater Cincinnati area.  The $70 million park just wrapped up Phase III of development and is expected to attract more than 800,000 visitors this year.  Construction has also begun on the neighboring 100 acre mixed-use development, which will include office buildings, retail/restaurant space, hotels, as well as single, multi-family, and senior residential components.  Come hear how strategic develpment is ensuring a vibrant suburban community with walkable amenities while maintaining it's status as one of the premier business locations in Greater Cincinnati.

About the speaker:  Neil Hensley is the director of economic development for the City of Blue Ash.  In that role, he is responsible for the business attraction, retention and expansion efforts for the City.
