Note:
Due to increasing numbers of last minute cancellations and/or no-shows, effective 01/01/18; any registered attendee who does not cancel their registration (via Chapter website) 48 hours prior to the event will incur a fee equal to the posted guest rate for that particular program. Registered attendees who are a "no-show", will incur a fee equal to the posted guest rate for that particular program. Invoices will be emailed post-event; and due upon receipt.
If you attend a Program that you have not registered for; in advance, you will incur a fee equal to the posted guest rate; and you will be expected to pay the fee at the door.
We regret that it has come to these measures, but in order to be good stewards of the membership's finances, we see no alternative. Based on recent feedback, we know that other IFMA Chapters and Professional Organizations enforce similar policies.
